                        Additional Disk Space 
                        Available on all accounts 
                        You can request extra disk space for your hosting account when you place your order, or
                        you can add or remove extra space at any time by sending your request to Customer Service. 
                        The pricing for extra disk space is 10MB for $10/month. 
                        
                        Additional Email Accounts 
                        Available on all accounts* 
                        For just $5 per month, you can purchase 5 additional POP3 email accounts plus 5
                        alias email accounts. To order additional POP3/Alias email accounts, please use the
                        Support request form:  Click Here 
                        Be sure to indicate the number of additional accounts you would like to purchase. 
                        Setup Fee: None 
                        Monthly Fee: $5 for 5 POP3 and 5 Alias email accounts*
                        
                        * The HBServer Business and above come standard with unlimited POP3
                        and Alias email accounts. 
                        
                        SSL Encryption 
                        SSL Encryption allows you to capture sensitive information, such as credit cards, via a
                        secure connection with a users browser. Using encryption with your commerce-based Web site
                        will give your customers a sense of confidence about sending their personal and credit
                        card information over the Internet. 
                        Setup Fee: $100
                        Monthly Fee: None 
                        
                        Personal Digital Certificate 
                        If you have purchased a Digital Certificate from VeriSign
                        or Thawte, we can install it for you. 
                        By using your own Digital Certificate, as opposed to a shared certificate, you can use
                        your own domain name with the "https" protocol. Please note that you must have
                        SSL on your account before you can use a digital certificate. 
                        Setup Fee: $150 
                        Monthly Fee: None 
                        
                        Additional Domain Names 
                        One of the most exciting features of the HBServer VirtualHost System is Virtual
                        Hosting. This allows you to place multiple domain names on your HBServer and have them
                        mapped to a directory on your virtual server. Virtual Hosting allows you to partition
                        pieces of your HBServer to sell to your smaller clients who are not yet ready for a
                        fully-functional HBServer. 
                        Setup Fee: $35 
                        Monthly Fee: None for Unix accounts. 
                        
                        Additional Canonical Domain 
                        The HBServer VirtualHost system also allows you to use canonical domains (often called
                        subdomains) with your server. If you wish to have additional c-names for your server, such
                        as sales.yourdomain.com or seattle.yourdomain.com, our staff can help you with that.
                        C-names can be used as part of Virtual Hosting. 
                        Setup Fee: $20 
                        Monthly Fee: None for Unix accounts. 
                        
                        Account Upgrade 
                        It's easy to upgrade your account. All you need to do is contact Technical
                        Support and let them know that you'd like to upgrade your account. Be sure to include
                        the account type you're upgrading from and the account type you're upgrading to. After
                        confirmation, within 1-2 days, your request will be processed and your account will be
                        upgraded. 
                        Activation Fee: $40 if upgrading to the HBServer
                        Professional or $100 if upgrading to the HBServer VirtualHost. All other upgrades will be
                        performed free of charge. Upgrades will also incur the pro-rated difference between the
                        monthly fees of the accounts. 
                        
                         Account Downgrade 
                        To downgrade your account to a smaller package, contact Technical
                        Support and let them know that you'd like to downgrade your account. Be sure to
                        include the account type you're downgrading from and the account type you're downgrading
                        to. After confirmation, within 1-2 days, your request will be processed and your account
                        will be downgraded.
